William Kratzer

U.S. Army Veteran who served nearly 12 years in the field of Military Intelligence for the U.S. Army Security Agency and Intelligence and Security Command. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He has extensive experience working and teaching in the fields of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computers and Electronic Technologies. Over 25+ years of experience working in the field of Computers, Communications Electronics, Broadcast Engineering and Computer Networking. He is also an FCC licensed General Radiotelephone Operator, previously First-Class, and holds an Amateur Radio Extra Class License.

As a DOD Trained Czech /German Linguist, since 1976, William spent 7 years in the Southern Germany in the city of Augsburg, working as a Morse Code Intercept Operator and a Translator/Interceptor of German and Czech languages. He also lived 5 years in the town of Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic performing full-time translations, teaching English to doctors, lawyers and government employees.  He additionally worked as an Academic Worker for West Bohemian University, in Plzen, Czech Republic, while working on PhD in cybernetics and voice recognition.
